Job Description

ABRAMSON HOMECARE is seeking an experienced C.N.A, Certified Nursing Assistant to join our elite group of lead nurse aides. Abramson Homecare's C.N.A’s provide exceptional clinical support by increasing the quality of care provided to clients residing in Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the Main Line.

The ideal candidate will hold an active C.N.A certification for the state of PA, have at least two years of home care, geriatric/ or relevant nursing experience, and be capable of providing the highest level of care that is respectful and responsive to the values and clinical needs of the patient. All shifts available including day shift, mid and overnights.

Essential Functions

  • Provide outstanding patient care to clients in the comfort of their home.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver excellent care while preserving client dignity.
  • 100% Travel required throughout Montgomery County & Bucks County.
  • Communication with other members of the patients’ multidisciplinary team.
  • Emergency management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania C.N.A License.
  • Two years Home Care, Hospital, or Nursing Home experience is required.
  • Annual Physical, flu shot, and 2 Step PPD required.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
