Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner is currently available for expanding services within the Abramson Community.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the delivery of medical care to clients of the Abramson Bundled Services community.  This position would require travel to facilities and homes within the Greater Philadelphia area.

Additionally, this position directs and coordinates preventive medical care to clients through participation in the care management system. The primary shift for this position would be Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience: at least one year of experience as a CRNP in a community setting and/or long-term care. Successful completion of an approved CRNP certification program. A valid driver's license and reliable car is required for this position.

Preferred Experience: 1+ years of experience as a CRNP in a community setting and/or long-term care. Demonstrated success in developing geriatric, clinical, educational, and research programs.

Licensure/Certification: State certification, license and prescriptive authority.
