Transitional Care Unit (TCU) Clinical Supervisor

The Abramson Center Transitional Care Unit (TCU) has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor currently available. This position is located on the beautiful 72-acre campus of The Abramson Center in North Wales, PA, with convenient access to PA Route 309, 611 and the PA Turnpike.

The Clinical Supervisor provides nursing leadership on a twenty-four hour basis for clinical and administrative functions of a specified TCU or assigned villas. This position is responsible for the management of a TCU or assigned villas including assessment, planning, directing, evaluating and coordinating TCU or assigned villas in order to provide the highest level of care for those patients.

The Clinical Supervisor is a licensed RN who routinely exercises independent discretion and judgment in overseeing the clinical care of patient/resident and TCU or assigned villas administrative duties. The Clinical Supervisor may also provide direct care to skilled patients/ residents as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Flexes schedule as needed to accommodate patient, resident and staff needs.

This position requires every other weekend, and has a rotating holiday schedule.

Job Requirements

Experience, Education, and Licensure

Minimum Experience: 3+ years acute care and/or transitional care, long term care supervisory experience.

Minimum Education: Graduation from a Commonwealth-approved School of Nursing. BSN preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current Pennsylvania RN Licensure. AHA CPR Certification; IV Infusion Certification.
