Transitional Care Unit (TCU) Clinical Supervisor

The Abramson Center Transitional Care Unit (TCU) has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor currently available. This position is located on the beautiful 72-acre campus of The Abramson Center in North Wales, PA, with convenient access to PA Route 309, 611 and the PA Turnpike.

The Clinical Supervisor provides nursing leadership on a twenty-four hour basis for clinical and administrative functions of a specified unit. This position is responsible for the management of a unit including assessment, planning, directing, evaluating and coordinating unit activities in order to provide the highest level of care for those patients.

The Transitional Care Unit (TCU) Clinical Supervisor is a licensed RN who routinely exercises independent discretion and judgment in overseeing the clinical care of patient and unit administrative duties. The TCU Clinical Supervisor customarily and regularly directs the work of the staff assigned to the TCU. The TCU Clinical Supervisor may also provide direct care to skilled patients as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. 

This position requires every other weekend, and has a rotating holiday schedule.

Job Requirements

Experience, Education, and Licensure

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant management and clinical experience.

Licensure Required: Valid PA RN Licensure.
